Terms & Conditions

  1. Breezy Laundry reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior written notice.
  2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates / changes. Your continue use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
  3. Breezy Laundry does not provide service to all areas in mainland Singapore. Currently we only provide service to the Eastern part of Singapore with postal code beginning with 38xxxx to 52xxxx.
  4. All orders made by you are subject to acceptance of order by our third party partner laundry facility.  Breezy Laundry reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, when such third party partner laundry facility is unable to fulfill such order.
  5. Quantity for each item are to be listed otherwise the Our count must be accepted if no quantity is stated.
  6. All items sent in for drycleaning are processed using approved solvent (perchloroethylene). We will not be held responsible for defects or damages arising during the treatment. Customer must inform us in the event the item requires usage of other form of special chemicals.
  7. No liability will be accepted should the defects, damages, shrinkage or color fading arise during treatment which are due to deterioration by wear and exposure or poor quality workmanship or methods of manufacture.
  8. Breezy Laundry will handle your garments with extreme care, but we will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage, including but not limited  to the loss of buttons, ornaments or any other type of embellishment on the garment, loss of any valuables, including bills and coins, left in the pockets of or attached to the garment, damage or staining of the garment, including caused by any cosmetics, food product, or otherwise. We would suggest that you check your garments prior handing them to us for collection to ensure that any of the aforementioned damage is unlikely to occur to your garments.
  9. Stains can be removed upon customer request and will be done at his/her risk, with additional charges, but total removal of stains is not guaranteed.
  10. For any items deemed damaged, Breezy Laundry may reimburse up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item and the compensation is capped at $200 per order whichever is lower regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, Any damaged item must be reported via email to breezylaundry83@gmail.com within 24 hrs of clothes/garments delivered and inspected by Breezy Laundry either through digital photos or in-person.
  11. You agree to inform Breezy Laundry if any of the laundry item is of high value so that special attention will be given to take care of the item.
  12. Item deemed to be lost by Breezy Laundry, report have to be made immediately to us either through contact us or email to  breezylaundry83@gmail.com within 24hrs after delivery of items. All claims are reviewed on case by case basis. Any reimbursement on items deemed to be lost by Breezy Laundry, shall be limited to ten (10) times the cost of cleaning the item and be capped at $200, whichever is lower, regardless of brand or condition. Breezy Laundry shall not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted inadvertently along with laundry such as watches, loose change, jewellery or cufflinks.
  13. Turnaround time vary by order. Breezy Laundry will make its best effort to adhere to the service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround time and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.
